As an UltraONE member, not only will you get a free surprise during your birthday month, but you’ll also earn rewards just for fueling with TA, Petro Stopping Centers and TA Express.
Gear up to earn more
The number of points you earn per gallon fueled is based on your gear level. The more you fuel this month, the more you earn next month. When you enroll as an UltraONE member, you will automatically be in 1st Gear and earn one point per gallon of diesel fueled during your first month. Fuel up to gear up and earn more!
If you fill 750 gallons in a month, you will shift into 2nd Gear and earn two points per gallon next month.
If you fill 1,000 gallons in a month, you will shift into 3rd Gear and earn three points per gallon next month.
If you fill 1,500 gallons in a month, you will shift into MAX Gear and earn 4 points per gallon next month and unlock more uses for UltraCredits.
You can always check your gear level on the TruckSmart app by selecting UltraONE and then Balances.
Earning UltraONE Points:
Earn up to four points per gallon when you fuel. The more you fuel this month, the more points per gallon you will earn next month.
Need a repair? For every dollar you spend at TA Truck Service®, you’ll earn one point! Want to park for the night? Earn one point per dollar on Reserve-It! Parking.

Reward Redemption:
Points can be redeemed in the travel store, restaurants, at TA Truck Service, or for showers, parking, and WiFi.

To redeem points in the travel store, at TA Truck Service or at restaurants:
- Make sure you have the latest version of TruckSmart and that your location services are enabled.
- When you are at the register, pull up the app and select “Redeem UltraONE Points.” Enter the dollar value you want to redeem, up to your current balance.
- Show the barcode to the cashier.
To redeem points for showers, parking or WiFi:
- Make sure you have the latest version of TruckSmart and that your location services are enabled.
- Select the appropriate option: (a) Instant Shower, (b) Reserve-It! or (c) UltraONE and select WiFi
- Follow the prompts. Select points as the payment method.
Earning UltraCredits:
As an UltraONE member, you will earn an UltraCredit when you fuel 60 gallons or more in one transaction at TA, Petro or TA Express locations. UltraONE Members can earn up to one UltraCredit per day.
UltraCredits expire after seven days for UltraONE members in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gears and after 10 days for MAX Gear members. UltraONE members can have up to 10 UltraCredits on their account at one time.

Redeeming UltraCredits:
Your Gear level determines how you may use your UltraCredits. Members in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Gears may redeem UltraCredits for a shower. Members in Gear 4 and MAX Gear may choose a shower, meal or reserved parking spot.

To redeem UltraCredits for showers or Reserve-It! Parking:
- Make sure you have the latest version of TruckSmart and that your location services are enabled.
- Select the appropriate option: (a) Instant Shower or (b) Reserve-It!
- Follow the prompts. Select UltraCredit as the payment method.
To redeem UltraCredits for a meal:
- Visit the UltraONE kiosk enter your phone number.
- Print off your meal voucher. It can be found under the Redeem icon.
- Use your certificate at any participating restaurant.

*UltraONE members can earn up to one (1) UltraCredit per day. In 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Gears, UltraCredits expire after 7 (7) days. In MAX Gear, UltraCredits expire after ten (10) days. Fuel less than 1,000 gallons in the prior month (1st, 2nd, or 3rd Gear), and UltraCredits are redeemable for a shower. Fuel 1,500 gallons or more in the prior month (MAX Gear), and UltraCredits are redeemable for a shower, meal (up to $17), or reserved parking space. Two UltraCredits can be redeemed per calendar day. UltraONE points expire if an account is inactive for six months or more.
